1. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. These options will be made available upon Order Checkout.

International Shipping varies by destination and calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control.

3. International Shipping
  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times depend on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes. Flighty Peach is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

4. Order Tracking
  • All shipments include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • If your tracking number is not working or your package is delayed, please allow 10 days before contacting us.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Flighty Peach is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors or local courier. If the issue persists, contact our support team at flightypeach@gmail.com

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship it at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
